Who marks the first year exam scripts for the summer exams? Lecturers or supervisors?
Thanks

I believe it's a combination of Postgrads and Staff who get that fun job. In fact, they get to mark everyone's, not just first-years'.

I'm reliably informed that while postgrads are permitted (and do) mark first and second year scripts, third year and above are done entirely by the lecturer in question.

Sorry, yes, that's true. They get £1 per question per script marked btw.

Are the marks from the the exam scripts moderated? If so, how do they do it? Also, ive heard that they take the average of the marks from the Prob A and B exams, instead of considering Prob A and B as 2 seperate modules, is this true?? Thanks
