Who marks the first year exam scripts for the summer exams? Lecturers or supervisors? |

I believe it's a combination of Postgrads and Staff who get that fun job. In fact, they get to mark everyone's, not just first-years'. |

I'm reliably informed that while postgrads are permitted (and do) mark first and second year scripts, third year and above are done entirely by the lecturer in question. |

Sorry, yes, that's true. They get £1 per question per script marked btw. |

Are the marks from the the exam scripts moderated? If so, how do they do it? Also, ive heard that they take the average of the marks from the Prob A and B exams, instead of considering Prob A and B as 2 seperate modules, is this true?? Thanks |
