Dude, I'm so happy for you! You've actually been looking for this book for at least a year... Now you've found it, it's like the end of an era. ...Hang on, it is, I'm bloody graduating. Tom, your time at Warwick will be remembered down the ages, long after we are but motionless sleepers in the ground. It will be seen as a time of momentous change, of great thought, of lectures in pyjamas, and of quaffing of fine(ish) wine (usually red). Boardman will no longer be seen merely as the combination of a board and a man, but as a great hero, standing proudly amongst the great characters of history. But above all, your time at this fine mathematical establishment will be remembered as a era of great friendship and silly maths jokes. I'll miss you, dude! |
