how in the hell do u change the picture onthis cause ive tried browsing and selecting one, then confirm it, but it wont change it

It sometimes takes a short while for it to show up on the website even if you do do that. Also, make sure the image you're using is within the restrictions, i.e. larger than 160×160 but smaller than 1600×1400 and 5000kb.

if it was too big in file size or too big/small in gereneric sie, surely that would come up on the account screen, saying sorry but this picture cannot be uploaded becuse of reason x, where x is the restrictions.

Could you post the image you're trying to use here? It might help to see what the problem is.

Posting the image would defeat the purpose, imagine yourself being at some helpdesk call center, you should be able to figure it out without any such information.

I wasn't in the helpdesk call center to begin with, since it's technically not my job. If I had admin powers, on the other hand, I'd try to... :P

P.S. In any case, I don't see which purpose posting the image would defeat. :P

I just tried and it worked fine for me, after one initial try which failed because I hadn't written my password in the "Confirm password" field above in the Account Information section. Is that the problem?
