Balls of Steel $ \Leftrightarrow $ The $ \Gamma $ Function

(I don't think Dave ever checks the forums though... least of all threads titled "Balls of Steel" :p)

Random Balls of Steel.

(now cosmin will lose the game every time he googles "manx oak smoked cheddar". So twice a day HE HE)

Ever noticed how the vertices of a graph could be thought of as little balls of steel? The Prüfer code is thus all about balls of steel, as are real ale and tilings. Also, your head is roughly the shape of a ball of steel, so you should henceforth lose the game and shout balls of steel every time you look at yourself in a mirror.

I don't look at myself in the mirror, it's unpleasant.

In no way is real ales or tiling like balls of steel

I knew you were going to write that so its effectiveness is very limited. Also, tilings and real ale ARE like balls of steel: a pint of ale is homeomorphic to a ball of steel and so are most shapes of tiles (to the 2D equivalent of course, "Discs of Steel").

Stay away from clamps; I've got discs of steel.

Not nice, but also stay away from rank 2 maps, which have the same effect. I myself had the misfortune of encountering a rank 1 map, giving me line segments of steel.

I like to prove it prove it.
