In the latest spate of unfettered maths based society generosity, we will be putting on revision lectures for you. Yes you.

The idea is that most revision lectures are too formal. You're hearing the same perspectives on the material you've heard a million times before. Revision groups- for that is their name- are revision lectures by the people, for the people. Expect:

  • Key theorems covered
  • Fresh perspectives
  • Friendly "not too intimidated to ask questions" atmosphere
  • Examples aplenty
  • Exam tiplets

The Warwick Mathematics Society will be running a Puzzle Trail ending in a BBQ at BBQ site 3 (the one behind Claycroft and AV3).

In teams of up to four, rush round campus as fast as possible solving simple logic and (slightly) mathsy puzzles and then come and join us for some food and post-exam chill-out in the sun (hopefully).

Open to ANYONE, you don't have to be a member of anything or know anything about differentiable manifolds; invite hall-mates, house-mates, just-mates, anyone. One pound entry for the Puzzle Trail and prizes to be awarded for the winning team.
