I bought this book in my second year as it was listed on the Analysis III book list and seemed the most accessible. Unfortunatly I didn't find it particularly useful, whenever I went to look something up in it it always seemed to be pitched a bit below the level I was looking for.
Whilst I would probably reccommend it for first years as a reference book for year one and a bit of year two I do not think it is particularly good value for money considering it does not directly relate to any particular course.
