Crash Courses are new for 2007/8. It's kind of a little experiment that was born out of feedback from Revision Groups last year.

Here's the basic idea:

If you are struggling with a particular part of a module, proof by induction, Implicit Function Theorem, whatever, then you can (if you are a society member) post in this forum and ask for an informal seminar-esque session to be given by one of the Maths Society people. When about a dozen people have replied asking for it too, we'll put it on.

The actual sessions will be informal, and very much directed by you: we'll do what you want! We can make sure that you understand the material and don't get left behind.
